1977-1980 Holden HZ Sandman
The first of our designs for 2012 is this cool looking Holden HZ Sandman available in 29 fabulous colours. The HZ Sandman was released in October 1977 and maintained the same features as its predecessor the HX Sandman.
The HZ Sandman featured a nice looking twin headlight Premier front, front air dam spoiler and a vast improvement in suspension with the newly released Radial Tuned Suspension (RTS) and was also equipped with GTS sports wheels. Other features included 4.2 litre V8 standard and 5.0 V8 as optional, front and rear stabiliser bars, 4 speed synchromesh transmission, windshield wiper washers, Door-to-door loop pile carpeting and full GTS instrumentation.
The Holden HZ Sandman was truly considered as a sports and lifestyle vehicle and no doubt remains as one of the most popular Holden's ever released.
