POSTAGE

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order, with
Fastway Couriers or Australia Post.

Depending on where you live, delivery is usually within 7-15 working days.
In an unlikely event of us not being able to fulfill this commitment to you we
will inform you as soon as possible. If you are purchasing a product for a birthday
etc, please don't wait until last minute to place orders especially during busy
periods like Christmas.

Once your order is dispatched we are entirely at the mercy of the postal system,
however we will do everything possible to follow up on any order which has not
been delivered within this time frame. We will endeavour to notify you within
24 to 48 hours if we have a shortage of stock and will do everything possible
to get your order to you swiftly as possible.

All open run prints are shipped framed and are packaged in a shrink wrapped
air tight seal and are also padded and wrapped in bubble wrap plastic.
Limited Edition prints come unframed and are shipped in hard cased mailing
tubes or flat, sandwiched between two corrugated board sheets. NOTE Giclee
prints come unframed.

Postage and handling costs vary from state to state and
are set out in a table below. For international orders please contact us and we
will send you a quote. We prefer to use Fastway Freight Couriers for most
urban areas and Australia Post for destinations not covered by the courier service.
Postage discounts for multiple orders do apply and are calculated at checkout.
