All open run prints are shipped framed and are packaged in a shrink wrapped air tight seal and are also padded and wrapped in bubble wrap plastic. Limited Edition prints come unframed and are shipped in hard cased mailing tubes or flat, sandwiched between two corrugated board sheets. NOTEGiclee`s prints come unframed. Damaged Goods / Returns and Refunds Policy
At Unique Autoart, we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE because your satisfaction is essential to our success. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product to us in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt to receive replacement or full refund for the purchase price of the product. Unique Autoart cannot be held liable for delays, non delivery or damage of product caused by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Unique Autoart takes extreme care to ensure all items are packaged safely and securely for their journey to you.

Important information
When prints are sent by Courier service, we strongly recommend customers to open and inspect the item before signing for it. If the item is damaged during transit we suggest you give back the item to the driver who would then return it back to us. We will then, at our expense send you out a new item. If the item is inspected after it's been signed for and found to be damage, the customer may return the product at their expense. Refunds are provided in the form of a cheque.
