Welcome to the Unique Autoart website. These are the terms and conditions that you must agree to if you want to continue your visit on this website.

Ownership of Our Site
This site is owned and operated by Unique Autoart Pty Ltd ACN 127 714 345. All content included on our site, such as prints, photographs, illustrations, and images is owned by Unique Autoart. All content is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. For the protection of Unique Autoart, images may be watermarked.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone numbers etc, which is provided by the buyer is used soley for the purpose of completing the order. Unique Autoart understand that the information that you provide to us is private and confidential and will not pass on any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and equiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties.

Payment
Full payment for products is required prior to delivery. Purchasing our products online is easy and secure. We use a powerfull shopping cart system which accepts most major credit cards. Just select the print size you wish to purchase and click to add it to the shopping cart. An invoice will be sent to the customer during the set up process.
We also accept money orders, direct deposit and bank cheques. If you wish to pay by direct deposit, please contact us and we will send you our banking details. Cheques can be made payable to..

Shipping
All open run prints are shipped framed and are packaged in a shrink wrapped air tight seal and are also padded and wrapped in bubble wrap plastic. Limited Edition prints come unframed and are shipped in hard cased mailing tubes or flat, sandwiched between two corrugated board sheets. NOTE Giclee`s prints come unframed. For more information about our postage rates please click here. For international orders please contact us and we will send you a quote. We prefer to use Fastway Freight Couriers or Australia Post.

Ownership
All designs remain the property of Unique Autoart. The product is being provided for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes whatsoever.
All artwork featured on this website is copyright protected and may not be reproduced without express, written consent of the artist.

Damaged Goods / Returns and Refunds Policy
At Unique Autoart, we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE because your satisfaction is essential to our success. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product to us in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt to receive replacement or full refund for the purchase price of the product. Unique Autoart cannot be held liable for delays, non delivery or damage of product caused by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Unique Autoart takes extreme care to ensure all items are packaged safely and securely for their journey to you.
Important information: When prints are sent by Courier service, we strongly recommend customers to open and inspect the item before signing for it. If the item is damaged during transit we suggest you give back the item to the driver who would then return it back to us. We will then, at our expense send you out a new item. If the item is inspected after it's been signed for and found to be damage, the customer may return the product at their expense. Refunds are provided in the form of a cheque.

Changing and Cancelling your Order
Orders can be changed or cancelled provided printing and assembly costs have not been incurred. Where an order is cancelled after printing and framing costs are incurred, the full amount is payable to Unique Autoart less any shipping costs. If the product is not what you requested or it is damaged in some way whilst being delivered or there is a defect with the product, then you must notify us as soon as possible by either email info@uniqueautoart.com or by phone on 0425759542. We will then at your request either provide you with a refund or a replacement product, after you return the defective product to us. Please ensure that the product is packaged securely and where possible send by traceable delivery service to ensure we receive your item.
Items are to be returned at customer's expense.

Prices
All Unique Autoart products are inclusive of GST for Australian residents. Prices and conditions are current but are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are in Australian Dollars.

Delivery
Depending on where you live, delivery is usually within 7-15 working days. In an unlikely event of us not being able to fulfill this commitment to you we will inform you as soon as possible. If you are purchasing a product for a birthday etc, please don't wait until last minute to place orders especially during busy periods like Christmas.

Changes to our website
We are continually seeking to update and improve our website. Please note that the information, including prices, is valid at the time that you place an order but may be subject to change.

Use of the content
You may use the Content for your personal, non-commercial, research, search and shopping use only. This means that you may view, browse through, and read the Content on your computer.
