Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to deliver an order?
Depending on where you live, orders usually take between 7-15 working days. Orders may take a little longer when sent to outback country towns.

Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia? 
We use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers to deliver our products to most parts of Australia. 

Do you deliver outside of Australia?
We can organise international shipping with Australia Post. International shipping on rolled artwork is charged at a standard rate of 30.00 AUD with a fee of $10.00 for each additional item purchased.

Do you give free freight for multiple orders?
We do offer free delivery on multiple orders. For orders that exceed 10 please contact us.

If I am at work during the day, will you leave my parcel outside the door?
By law, parcels cannot be left unattended at a vacant premise. However if no-one is in attendance Couriers will generally either try to re-deliver the next day or will leave an Advice Notice.

Do the prints come framed or unframed?
All prints purchased from Unique Autoart come unframed. The only prints a rolled in acid-free tissue paper and then packaged and shipped in a hard case mailing tube. 

What paper and ink do you use?
All our designs are printed on museum-grade 330gsm 100% cotton paper that is acid, lignin, and chlorine free which will last well over 100 years. Our designs are printed with the best UltraChrome HDX pigment inks available today using the latest 11 colour large format printers. The new Ultrachrome ink uses an aqueous (water-based) all pigment ink formulation, to produce prints with an unsurpassed colour gamut that dry quickly to become water and scratch resistance and better UV resisitance for enhanced image stability. The new art prints feature amazing print quality and ultra-high resolution with superior half tones and optimised ink density.

What print sizes are available?
Prints are available in both A3, A2 and A1 size. A3 print measures (420mm x 297mm) with 5mm bleed - A2 print (594mm x 420mm) with 5mm bleed, A1 print (840mm x 594mm)  with 5 mm bleed. 

Canvas Prints come in 3 sizes. Med: 590mm x 400mm (23.2"x 15.7"), Lrg: 750mm x 500mm (30.0" x 19.6"), X/Lrg 900mm x 590mm (35.4" x 23.2")

Are all the designs created by the same artist?
All the artwork on this website is created by Australian born artist Dion Mifsud who has been illustrating automobiles for over two decades. Feel free to contact him at dion@uniqueautoart.com

Can I get a custom illustration of my own vehicle?
At Unique Autoart, we are currently unable to do a one off illustration of your vehicle. We can however customize or add a personalized number plate to our current designs.

How do I purchase a print?
To place an order just click on the "Add To Cart" button which will take you to our shopping cart facility. Once you are directed to the shopping cart you are able to choose your choice of vehicle from the category section of the shopping cart.

What are my payment options?
You can pay for your items using the following options
1. Using credit card via our shopping cart facility 
2. Direct Deposit (Call or email us for bank account details)
3. Money Order
4. Using Paypal directly at https://www.paypal.com/au

Where are the prints made?
All prints sold at Unique Autoart are proudly made in Australia.

Does the price include GST?
Yes, the price shown is inclusive of GST for Australian residents only.

Does the price include postage and handling?
The Price shown does include postage and handling. Only for items purchased on Australia.

If an item is damaged do I need to pay for return postage?
When prints are sent by couriers service, we strongly recommend customers to open and inspect the product before signing for it. If the item is damaged during transit we suggest you give back the item to the driver who will then return it back to us. We will then, at our expense send you out a new item. If the item is inspected after it's been signed for and found to be damage, the customer may return the product at their expense.

How do I send back the item?
Please ensure that the product is packaged securely and where possible send by traceable delivery service to ensure we receive your item. Items are to be returned at customer's expense. Please contact us before sending and we will send you our postal address.

Can I get an item shipped to my PO.Box?
All items are shipped to home or business address only. Couriers especially will not deliver to PO.Box address.

On what internet web browser is this website best viewed?
Our website can be viewed on most browsers, however it is best viewed on Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox and Explorer version 7 or higher. People who use Explorer 6 or earlier may experience some difficulty viewing our website so we do suggest to upgrade your software if this occurs.
