It featured a sleek design, and a powerful mid-engine mounted V12 which had a top speed of 280 km/h and an acceleration of 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds. At its debut at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show, the Lamborghini Miura P400 was the fastest production car in the world.
