Shipping is free on all products Australia wide.
Prints come unframed and are rolled in archival polypropylene plastic and then packaged and shipped in a hard case mailing tube. Our standard A3 prints are shipped flat (only in Australia) in a hard cased 750GSM envelopes, specifically designed for art prints.
We also offer international shipping on our rolled prints only. All orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order, with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. 

We print to order.
Please allow 3-6 working days for delivery within Victoria, South Australia, and NSW.
Allow 4-7 working days to TAS, QLD, and ACT. 
Allow 10 working days to WA and NT.
Delivery times are usually sooner than expected

NOTE: If you are purchasing a product for a birthday etc, please don't wait until last minute to place orders especially during busy periods like Christmas.

International shipping on rolled artwork is charged at a standard rate of $30.00 AUD with a small fee charged for each additional item purchased. Unfortunately, we do not ship stretched canvas prints internationally

 Damaged Goods / Returns and Refunds Policy

At Unique Autoart, we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE because your satisfaction is essential to our success. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt to receive a replacement or a full refund for the purchase price of the product. Unique Autoart cannot be held liable for delays, nondelivery or damage of product caused by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Unique Autoart takes extreme care to ensure all items are packaged safely and securely for their journey to you.

Important information
When prints are sent by postal service, we strongly recommend customers to open and inspect the item before signing for it. If the item is damaged during transit we suggest you give back the item to the driver who would then return it back to us. We will then, at our expense send you out a new item. If the item is inspected after it's been signed for and found to be damage, the customer may return the product at their expense. Refunds are provided in the form of a cheque.
